How to active your account:

After registering, you will receive an activation email at the email address you entered during registration.
Please check your Inbox or Spam (Junk) mail folder for an email from webregistrar@tcmcollege.com
Request to RESEND the activation link, please email webregistrar@tcmcollege.com (Need student’s full name and student id to verify)

How to reset your password:

Request to GET NEW PASSWORD, fill your registered username or email, and check your email message that you will receive for the confirmation link.

Why haven’t I received my account activation or password confirmation email?

  • There was a typo or error in the email address when you registered on ICTCMV.
  • For some reason, you might not have successfully registered an account on ICTCMV.
  • The automated activation email message was caught by your spam filter.
  • Your email provider might have blocked the automated email message.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Check your spam or junk mail folder for an email from webregistrar@tcmcollege.com
  • Add webregistrar@tcmcollege.com to your email contacts or approved senders list.
  • Try registering again with the same email address. If the account already exists, you’ll see an error indicating that there is a duplicate email address.
  • Request to RESEND the activation link, please email webregistrar@tcmcollege.com (Need student’s full name and student id to verify)
  • Request to GET NEW PASSWORD. The password reset message will activate your account.
