In order to fulfill the CTCMA request; students are required to fill the Confirmation form of education standing form to inform school of your intention to RENEW your registration so that your name will be included in TCICTCM’S student name list of registration renewal.
Please fill out the before Monday February 17, 2023 so that school has enough time to forward your information of registration renewal before the CTCMA deadline.
Please note; by CTCMA whom student is not allowed to attend clinic without proper CTCMA registration.
