Looking for a Registered Acupuncturist to join a
Physiotherapy Clinic located in the intersection of Cambie Street and West Broadway. The
clinic is located in a recently constructed Grade A building across the street
from the City Hall Canada Line station. The
clinic has been part of the Fairview community in Vancouver for over 13 years
so we have strong ties with the people working and living in the area. There
are 3 Family Practice clinics in the building as well as many other allied health
clinics. We are also surrounded by many great eateries, City Hall and VGH. Being in close proximity to the Canada Line
station, we attract patients from the downtown core as well. The 99 B-line bus
route along Broadway Street also stops outside the Canada Line station.
The prospective clinic member must be independent and motivated to handle his
or her own caseload. There is no receptionist in the clinic, but each member of
the clinic provides plenty of support in terms of administrative assistance,
clinical support, marketing and referrals to each other. Currently, there is a
Registered Physiotherapist, Registered Massage Therapist and Kinesiologist in
the clinic.
There are 4 treatment rooms in the clinic, a patient-waiting / reception area and a small office space (shared). There is also access to a beautiful rooftop garden overlooking views of downtown and the mountains. The rental rate includes access to 1 treatment room and shared space only. Internet is also included. Each therapist is responsible for their own separate phone line, supplies and bookings, but we all help each other out with patient bookings (optional).
Cost of rent per month is $1100 or $80 per day (2 day minimum)
