Information for International Students

Admission Requirements
The admission requirement is a minimum two years of College or University education (or equivalent).

Admission and Registration
Please submit your fully completed application form, official university or college transcripts, and $100.00 Canadian funds (Non-refundable) application fee to the College at:

After the College has received and processed your application, if you are accepted, two copies of the student contract will be mailed to you, . You must then sign both copies of the contract and mail them back to the College along with the full tuition, payable by certified cheque or bank draft, within 10 days of receipt. The College will return your copies of the signed contract, a letter of acceptance, and the official receipt of the tuition payment.

Student Visa Requirements
You should take all documents with you when you apply for Student Authorization in your area. Documents should include the signed contract, the letter of acceptance, the official receipt of the tuition payment, and a bank certificate officially stating you have sufficient funds to study and live in Canada for at least one year.

Refund policy
If you are denied a Student Authorization by Canadian Immigration, the College will refund your full tuition less $200.00 Cdn.

About Transfer Credits
The College accepts up to 600 hours (equivalent to one academic year in ICTCMV) of transferable credits for the Diploma Programs. Applicants intending to apply for transfer credits must submit a credit transfer request in writing, along with the official transcript(s), course outline(s), and hours of training in each subject upon applying to the College. The College will then determine if the transcript(s) are official and which of the courses are acceptable for transfer. Coursework taken at another institution after admission to ICTCMV is not transferable.

Tuition and other cost (Canadian Dollars)
All Diploma Programs are approximately 44 credits per academic year.  Each credit equals 14 instructional hours.  Each credit is $187.50 cnd.  (For example first year's courses have 44 credits - 44 X $187.50 = $8,250.00 tuition). Application fee: $100.00 (non-refundable)
Textbooks cost: $700.00 - $900.00 (English texts)

There is a  7% tuition adjustment effective from year 2009. Tuition adjustment applies to year 2009 new enrolments only.

Cost of Living (Canadian Dollars)
Accommodations: $600.00 - $800.00 per month (can include meals)
Assistance to find accommodations may be available from the College upon request.
